"I ordered co2 gas and a holster and it took 2. 5 weeks to proceess but was not contacted until I asked them by email why it wasnt shipped yet. . I was contacted and told their was a glitch in the system and 2 weeks wasnt long enough for me to be asking as they are only open mon-friday. . so i questioned that message with my own and a different person messages me by email and didnt get an answer again. . Why is Byrna Canada Charging in US funds? Why is that not specified on site or have a Canadian exchange option. . . It was 5 days late for my wifes bday so that was a disappointment as well. . I will get my product elsewhere from now on thanks. . ."
